1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Register

• The name, mobile number, and address provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• If you need to update your account information, please contact support.
• After account creation, additional documents may be requested for identity verification (KYC).
• All balances in accounts created under a false identity will be forfeited.

3 Age Verification

399k strictly prohibits access by minors. This is not just a legal obligation — it is our moral responsibility.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• 399k may request a national ID or passport for age verification at any time.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until age verification is completed.
• If it is proven that a minor has used an account, the account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on 399k are currently supported via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. There are a few important points to keep in mind when making a deposit.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100, and the maximum is subject to your daily limit.
• Deposits are generally instant; however, processing may take slightly longer due to payment gateway issues.

6 Bonus Terms
